A Little About Me
I've never been one to fit neatly into a box and somewhere along the way, I stopped trying.
After years in the corporate world, I decided it was time to walk away and create a life on my own terms. The constant stress, abuse of power, and demands of corporate life had taken a toll on my nervous system and my health. I knew something had to change.
I'm a creator, teacher, author, photographer, musician, and lifelong animal lover. I've rescued animals, explored the world of energy healing, written books, and followed more creative paths than I can count.
These days, you'll find me exploring new places, connecting with animals, taking photographs, or sitting down at the piano. I'm especially passionate about helping people recognize the incredible connection we share with animals and nature.
I'm still learning, still creating, and still figuring things out along the way. And that's part of the adventure. If something I share inspires you to follow your curiosity, try something new, or live a little more boldly, then I've done exactly what I came here to do.
