Hi, I'm Rebecca Kane—author, teacher, Reiki Master, and lifelong student of the connection between our thoughts, beliefs, and energy.

For more than a decade, I've explored how our inner world influences the way we experience life. Through my own journey of personal growth and years of working with others, I've come to believe that meaningful change begins when we become aware of the patterns we've been carrying and realize we have the power to choose something different.
